Enzo Benigni

Born in Milan on 26 April 1938.
Degree in Electronics Engineering, Bologna University.
Master in Business Administration, Bocconi University – Milan.
Mr Benigni joined Elettronica Rome in 1966 and has covered several managerial positions from technical roles in engineering to marketing and general management positions.
In 1997, Mr Benigni was appointed Chairman of the Board and Managing Director of Elettronica
In 2006, he was awared the prestigious title as “Cavaliere del Lavoro”.
Domitilla Benigni
CEO & COO
Domitilla Benigni was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Elettronica in December 2020, sharing the powers with the President & CEO and keeping the position of Chief Operating Officer and Board Member since the 2010.
She joined Elettronica in 1996, after her Master's Degree in Electronics Engineering. She has gained a cross functional experience in areas such as Strategic Planning, Business Development, Engineering.
She was born in Rome, Italy, where she lives with her family.
She is married and has one daughter and one son.
She is the daughter of Enzo Benigni, President and CEO of Elettronica. Mr. Benigni’s uncle founded Elettronica in 1951 and his family is the majority shareholder of the Company.

Amaury Choppin

Holds a Master's Degree in Business Management from Paris IX Dauphine University.
He began his career in 1990 at Arthur Andersen in audit firstly at Paris Office then in Rome Office where he became Manager in 1995. He joined the Thales Group in 1996 as financial controller of Elettronica. He joined Elettronica Spa in 1997 where he held several positions in the Finance and IT Departments.
He is fluent in French and English.
